Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2018, Amati VCT 2 plc's share capital consists of 36,057,095 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Amati VCT 2 plc is 36,057,095.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Amati VCT 2 plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
