Amati VCT 2 plc (the "Company")

Second interim dividend

The Company announces that the directors propose payment of a second interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 January 2018 of 5.25p per share. The ex-dividend date is 21 June 2018 with an associated record date of 22 June 2018. The dividend will be paid on 27 July 2018.

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Reinvestment scheme is 11 July 2018.
