Dividend Declaration
The Directors of the Company have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 3.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2023. The dividend will be paid on 25 November 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 October 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 20 October 2022. The last day for DRIS elections will be 9 November 2022.
