Dividend Declaration
The Directors of the Company have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 3.5 pence per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 January 2023. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 15 June 2023, the dividend will be paid on 21 July 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 June 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 15 June 2023. The last day for DRIS elections is 30 June 2023.
When added to the interim dividend of 3.5p per share, this will make total dividends for the year 7.0p per share.
