Cluff Gold PLC18 March 2005 18 March 2005 Cluff Gold plc Additional listing Cluff Gold plc (the "Company") announces that 136,364 ordinary shares of 1p eachin the Company have been allotted to Numis Securities Ltd as part payment offees that were due to them for acting for the Company on its admission to AIM on15 December 2005. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for thenew ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission willtake place on 24 March 2005. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu withthe existing shares of the Company. Following the allotment the total issuedshare capital of the Company has increased to 21,015,652 ordinary shares.
