Notification of Appointment of Alternative Director

The Company announces the appointment of Ms Frances Boon Wah Ling as an Alternate Director to Ms Ho Kuan Lai, being the Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Ms Boon is currently Senior Vice President and Senior Advisor (COO Office) of DBS Bank, Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons Statistics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Statistics) from National University of Singapore.

In accordance with FCA Listing Rule 9.6.13, the Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed in relation to Ms Boon and that she is not a director of any public listed company and has not held any other directorships in any public listed companies within the last five years.

Ms Boon does not currently have an interest in any of the Company's shares.
