Sebastian to the Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from today. Mr Sebastian, aged 38, is a UK qualified lawyer and was a senior equity partnerof Denton Wilde Sapte until 2007 and now the Group Chief Legal Counsel of Londonand Regional, a leading investment company where he is also an executivedirector. He obtained a LLB degree from University of London (LSE) and a Mastersin law from Cambridge University. The Company is delighted to welcome Mr Sebastian to Laura Ashley. Resignation of director Laura Ashley also announces the resignation of Ms Sally Cheong Siew Mooi with effect from today.
