The Company announces that it has appointed its Group Financial Controller, Mr. Jonathan Gwilt, as the Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr. Gwilt succeeds Mr. Sai-Hup Fong who resigned as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 5 May 2017.
