Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that the issued share capital of the Company consists of 36,133,558.00 ordinary shares of 12.5p each with voting rights.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,133,558.00. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
