THE ALUMASC GROUP PLC (the "COMPANY")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Andrew Magson, the Group Finance Director, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 17 September 2010, (representing 0.01% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 114.5p per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Magson and connected persons have an interest in 25,000 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.07% of the ordinary shares in issue).
