Director/PDMR Shareholding
Mr Paul Hooper
The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Paul Hooper, the Group Chief Executive, and connected persons, acquired 38,832 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 18 May 2012, (representing 0.10% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 60.7p per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Hooper and connected persons have an interest in 360,487 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.97% of the ordinary shares in issue).
Mr Richard Saville
The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr Richard Saville, a non-executive director, and connected persons, acquired 30,000 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 18 May 2012 (representing 0.08% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 60p per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr Richard Saville and connected persons have an interest in 53,000 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.14% of the ordinary shares in issue).
