Alumasc Group PLC27 June 2007 Wednesday 27 June 2007 THE ALUMASC GROUP PLC Cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve becomes effective Further to the announcement of 30 May 2007, The Alumasc Group plc, the premiumbuilding and engineering products group (the "Company"), today announces thatthe High Court of Justice confirmed the cancellations of the Company's sharepremium account and capital redemption reserve on 20 June 2007 and that thecancellations became effective on 22 June 2007 on registration of the courtorder by the Registrar of Companies.
