GRANT OF OPTIONS
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the provider of information and technology services, announces that on 24 October 2013 the following options were granted to members of the Board to acquire ordinary shares in the Company:

In addition, options have been granted over a total of 2,337,500 ordinary shares to other members of the Senior Management team. In aggregate, therefore, a total of 6,577,500 options have been granted (the "Options").
The exercise price of all of the Options is 14.25 pence per share. For each individual, 50% of the Options become exercisable on the third anniversary of the date of grant and the other 50% is based on the Company's share price performance. Of the second 50%, one third of the Options become exercisable on the share price reaching 25p, a further third at 30p and the final third at 35p.
