Altus Strategies Plc (AIM: ALS, TSX-V: ALTS, OTCQX: ALTUF) announces that in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights is 117,321,678 Ordinary Shares of five pence par value each.

The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 117,321,678 and this figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
