Award of share options
Alecto Energy plc, the AIM listed resource investment company, is pleased to announce that Damian Conboy, Director, and Greg Kuenzel, Company Secretary, have been granted options to subscribe for 6,000,000 and 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.7p in the Company respectively (the "Option Shares") at an exercise price of 4.5p per Option Share, exercisable for 2 years from the date of issue.
