Manpower Software PLC27 March 2006 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC (the "Company") AWARD OF DIRECTORS' SHARE OPTIONS Manpower Software announces the following in respect of share options awarded toDirectors of the Company. Mr Terry Osborne has been awarded today an option to acquire 500,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's Enterprise ManagementIncentive Scheme. This option is exercisable at 25.5p per share between 27March 2009 and 26 March 2016. This award represents Mr Osborne's total interest in share options in theCompany. Mr Richard Morgan-Evans has been awarded today an option to acquire 300,000ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Company's UnapprovedExecutive Share Option Scheme. This option is exercisable at 25.5p per sharebetween 27 March 2009 and 26 March 2016.
