Exercise of Share Options & Director Shareholdings
On 04 November 2013, the Company issued 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 1,000,000 options under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive and Unapproved share option schemes, by Ian Bowles, who subsequently sold 668,802 shares at a price of 112 pence per share, thereby retaining 331,198 of the resulting shares issued. Following this transaction, Ian Bowles is interested in 679,698 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
