Resignation of a Director
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that David Stead has decided to resign from his role as Non-Executive Director of the Company. David has concluded that the time commitment required for the role is greater than he is able to offer alongside his other commitments. David will leave the Board on 6th December 2019.
Andrew Page, Alfa's Chairman, commented: "We are sorry that David has decided to stand down from the Board, but understand his reasons for doing so. We would like to thank David for his contribution during his time with us and we will miss him. A search for a replacement is under way. We will continue to strengthen and enlarge our high quality, balanced board, which will include a CFO as previously announced. Further announcements will follow in due course."
The Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Chris Sullivan, Senior Independent Director, following David Stead's departure.
