The Board of Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company and Waverton Investment Management Limited ("Waverton") have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work together to raise further capital to support the launch of a new share class. Upon success, Waverton will be appointed as Investment Manager to the new share class of the Company.
