Re-issue of Treasury Shares Pursuant to Rule 9.6.4 of the Irish Listing Rules and Rule 12.6.4 of the UKListing Rules, Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. has today re-issued 5,500 ordinaryshares currently held as Treasury shares, to participants in AIB Share OptionSchemes. The re-issue prices were €11.98, €12.60 & €13.30. Following today's re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as Treasuryshares is 40,554,904.
