Re-issue of Treasury Shares Pursuant to Rule 9.6.4 of the Irish Listing Rules and Rule 12.6.4 of the UKListing Rules, Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. has today re-issued 9,000 ordinaryshares currently held as Treasury shares, to participants in AIB Share OptionSchemes. The re-issue prices were €12.60, €13.30 & €13.55. Following today's re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as Treasuryshares is 40,669,404.
