EXTERNAL APPOINTMENT
Further to the announcement made on 24 November 2017, and a related announcement made by Blackrock Alternative Strategies II earlier today, the appointment of Ms Catherine Woods, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, to the Board of BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited, the Manager of BlackRock Alternative Strategies II, will commence on 5 August 2018 instead of 23 November 2017.
