Update of Schedule One for GreenRoc
Further to the announcement of 3 September 2021 regarding the proposed divestment by Alba of its assets in Greenland into a separate AIM-quoted vehicle, Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM: ALBA) announces the release today of an updated Schedule One announcement by AIM in respect of GreenRoc Mining Plc ("GreenRoc"), stating the expected date of admission to trading on AIM to be 28 September 2021. All other information on the Schedule One announcement is unchanged.
Lars Brünner, a non-executive director of Alba, has today tendered his resignation with immediate effect from the board of the Company in order to focus on his other interests, including GreenRoc, of which he is a non-executive director.
The Board thanks him for his invaluable contribution to Alba since his appointment in December 2020, especially in respect of the Company's Greenland projects. Mr Brünner has also waived his rights to 4,000,000 share warrants in Alba which had vested with an exercise price of 0.5p each, as described in the announcement of 8 December 2020.
