Director Shareholding

Mr Michael Nott, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he has transferred 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company held in the joint ownership of both him and his wife, Mrs Anna Nott, to a nominee account in their joint names and held jointly with Mrs Anna Nott.

The total number of ordinary shares in the Company owned and deemed to be controlled by Mr Nott remains unchanged at 22,160,606, representing approximately 1.72 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
