Further to the announcement on 13 August 2015, the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today in connection with the appointments of Barak Salomon and Ofir Gomeh as external directors and independent non-executive directors of Adgorithms were duly passed, and their appointments are now effective.
