Akers Biosciences, Inc.03 February 2006 Akers Biosciences, Inc. (the "Company") Issue of Equity Akers Biosciences, Inc. today announces that it has approved the issue of 33,065shares of common stock as a result of the exercise of warrants by twoindividuals. The warrants, which were issued in lieu of consideration forservices on 1 August 2003, bore an exercise price of $1.00 per share. There isa debt currently on the Company's books to these individuals totalling $33,065,which amount is now offset, and becomes permanent capital. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 33,065 CommonShares to be admitted to trading, such admission expected to take place on 8February 2006.
