Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it has been notified of the following transactions:
(1) Bestfield Investments, a person closely associated (PCA) with Fergus Lyons, the AJ Bell Investcentre Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 603,992 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 461.3969 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 January 2021.
Following completion of the sale, Fergus Lyons is interested in 15,142,396 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.689% of the Company's issued share capital.
(2) Charles Galbraith, the AJ Bell Youinvest Managing Director and a PDMR, sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 461.3969 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 January 2021.
Following completion of the sale, Charles Galbraith is interested in 1,780,531 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.434% of the Company's issued share capital.
