Trading Update

Air Partner plc is pleased to provide a pre-close trading update to the market for the six month period to 31 January 2011.

The Group's interim management statement, issued in December 2010, noted the favourable response to the renewed focus on core broking activities. Today, the Board can report that the strategy is delivering good progress, with trading remaining positive in the first half of the year and Commercial Jet broking performing particularly well. As a result, the Board is of the view that the results for the six months to 31 January 2011 are likely to be ahead of expectations.

The Group is well positioned to increase profitability in this financial year though, as always, forward visibility in the air charter industry remains limited. The short term nature of the ad hoc aircraft charter market makes accurately predicting future levels of business challenging, especially with an uncertain global economy.

The Company will be in a close period until announcement of the half year results on 15 March 2011, when a full update will be provided.
