Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the United Kingdom's Financial Services Authority's Disclosure (FSA's) and Transparency Rules, we notify the market of the following: 

As of 31 December 2008 Air Partner plc's issued share capital with voting rights consists of 10,201,393 ordinary shares of 5p each.

10,201,393 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as a dominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
