BLOCK LISTING SIX MONTHLY RETURN

Air Partner plc today files its final return for the Ordinary Shares of 5p each admitted under a block listing to satisfy awards under the Air Partner plc Company Share Option Plan 2003 ("the 2003 Plan"). This plan has now closed and outstanding share options exercised under the 2003 Plan will be satisfied via the Air Partner Employee Benefit Trust. No allotments have been made under this Block Admission since the block listing return released on 3 September 2013. Prior to the completion of the 1 to 5 share split announced on 31 January 2017, the remaining block listing of 48,825 Ordinary Shares of 5p each was cancelled.
