BOARD CHANGES

Air Partner plc (the Company), the global aviation services group, confirms that, further to announcements on 2 February and 27 April, Richard Everitt stood down as Chairman at the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting after 12 years as a non-executive director and five years as Chairman.

Peter Saunders, previously Senior independent director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as Chairman, effective from the conclusion of the AGM. Following Peter's appointment, Amanda Wills has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Richard Jackson has been appointed as Senior independent director.

Commenting on Peter Saunders' appointment, Richard Everitt, the retiring Chairman of Air Partner said:

"Peter has played an important role in our transformation and the development of our long-term strategy and I am sure will continue to both support and challenge the Executive team in the years ahead."
