AIQ (LSE: AIQ), a company focused on acquiring and developing businesses in the e-commerce sector, announces the appointment of Li Chun Chung as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. In addition, Soon Beng Gee and Lee Chong Liang have resigned with immediate effect from their respective positions of Non-Executive Director and Executive Director to pursue their other business interests.

Mr Li has over 20 years' experience in assisting companies with their strategic growth. As a HKSFC licensed investment consultant and Certified Financial Planner, he began his career working for several financial planning and wealth management consultancies based in Hong Kong. Since 2016, Mr Li has provided business advisory and mentorship services to companies across a range of industries related to e-commerce and digital business primarily in Australia and China. This includes helping companies prepare for the public market; overseeing development such as through business model constructing and optimisation, company reorganisation and recruitment; fundraising; and assisting with establishing a digital business presence. Most recently, Mr Li has worked with Charles Yong Kai Yee, Executive Director of the Company and CEO of Alchemist Codes, to develop the Group's strategy for 2021, with a focus on adapting to new business conditions, product development and expanding to new markets.

Mr Li is concurrently a director of:

- Ever Billions International Limited (e-commerce)

- Zhong Taian Limited (e-commerce)

- Ticktech Company Limited (fund management)

Graham Duncan, Non-Executive Chairman of AIQ, commented:
