AIQ (LSE: AIQ), a company focused on acquiring and developing businesses in the e-commerce sector, gives notice that Mr. Li Chun Chung, Executive Director of AIQ, has an interest in 1,425,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 2.2% of AIQ's issued share capital. These Ordinary Shares were acquired by Mr. Li Chun Chung prior to his appointment as a director of the Company on 30 December 2020.
