APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Philip Cooper as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 18 June 2026.

Mr Cooper graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Urban Estate Surveying and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has worked in the real estate industry for over 40 years, beginning his career in the Commercial Property team at Schroders before becoming a Partner at Weatherall Green & Smith. After 11 years with the firm, he established BCM Real Estate Ltd, an investment advisory and surveying practice.

Mr Cooper remains a Director of BCM Real Estate, which has advised and acted on behalf of a wide range of institutional investors, private and publicly quoted property companies, REITs, high-net-worth individuals and private equity funds over the past 30 years.

Mr Cooper was also a founder and member of the management board of Wichford PLC, a publicly listed property company quoted initially on AIM and later on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. During his tenure on the board, the company acquired approximately £1 billion of government-leased UK property before becoming the subject of a reverse takeover by Redefine.

 On appointment, Mr Cooper was also appointed as a member of the Company's Audit Committee.
