Ashtead Group plc ("Ashtead" or the "Company"), an international equipment rental company with national networks in the US, UK and Canada, rated Baa3 (stable) / BBB- (stable) / BBB (stable) by Moody's / S&P / Fitch, has mandated BofA Securities, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan Securities to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls, taking place on 3 August 2022. A 144A/RegS, single series of benchmark-sized, senior, unsecured transaction may follow, subject to market conditions.

If a transaction does follow, Ashtead will use the net proceeds to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under the First Priority Senior Secured Credit Facility, without a reduction in commitment.
