Investor event and trading update
Ashtead Group plc is holding a two-day event for investors and analysts in Atlanta, US, commencing today, April 29th, 2024. This event is being held alongside our larger Sunbelt Rentals National Event, "Powerhouse", where over 5,000 team members from across the US, Canada and the UK are gathering to launch the next phase of the Group's strategy, Sunbelt 4.0.
There will be a capital markets presentation at 1pm ET / 6pm BST tomorrow, Tuesday April 30th which will be webcast live. A link to the event site is available via the Group's website at www.ashtead-group.com/investors/results-centre/webcasts. Anyone wishing to watch the presentation is encouraged to register on this site at least 15 minutes before it commences.
Ahead of this event, we are making the following update on current trading: The Group expects results for the year ending 30 April 2024 to be in line with market expectations.
A further announcement will be made tomorrow summarising the key elements of Sunbelt 4.0 and the slide presentation used for the event will be available for download on the Company's website shortly before the presentation starts.
