Directors' Dealing
Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, announces that Beaky Allesch-Taylor, wife of Stefan Allesch-Taylor CBE, Non-executive Deputy Chairman of Action Hotels, purchased 210,526 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 February 2016 at a price of 47.7p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Beaky and Stefan have the following interests in the share capital of the Company:
