("Action Hotels" or the "Company")

CEO update

 

Action Hotels, the leading owner, developer and asset manager of branded three and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia announces that, following the announcement on 5 April 2018, Alain Debare has today stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and from the board of Action Hotels.

As an interim measure, Andrew Lindley, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), will assume the responsibility of acting CEO in addition to his duties as CFO.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
