CORRECTION: Form 8 (OPD) SkyGem Acquisition Limited
The following amendment has been made to the 'Form 8 (OPD) SkyGem Acquisition Limited' announcement released on 17 April 2023 at 10:30am under RNS No 4316U.
In section 2 (a) of the announcement the Class of relevant security should read 0.1p Ordinary Shares and not 1p Ordinary Shares as originally stated.
All other details remain unchanged.
