AVI Global Trust plc (the "Company")

 

Buy-back of own securities

 

The Company announces that on 30 January 2024, it bought back 47,580 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.010% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 225.2894 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:

Number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury

45,600,956

Total Voting Rights attaching to Ordinary Shares in issue
