Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
· Jonathan Murphy's spouse has transferred 252,000 Ordinary Shares into his ISA
· Jonathan Murphy's spouse has transferred 322,000 Ordinary Shares into her ISA
Following the transactions, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares is unchanged at 2,944,180.
