Suspension of Quarterly Share Conversion Opportunities

The Directors of the Company announce that the monthly share conversion opportunities for the months ended March, June, September and December, will not take place.
This decision has been taken due to the anticipated return of capital expected to take place using the NAV's on these month end dates, as part of the orderly winding up of the Company.
Share conversion opportunities for all other months will continue to be offered and operated as normal.
