DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the disclosure rule 3.1 the Company is obliged to notify the RNS of Directors' holdings or interests of the Directors' or their connected persons in shares of the Company.
The Company was notified on 1 April 2011 that the following holding of GBP Ordinary Shares was acquired on 1 April 2011 and is beneficially held by Nigel de la Rue, a Director of the Company:
2,000 GBP ordinary shares at GBP 7.7825 per share.
Following this purchase, Nigel de la Rue now holds a total of 4,000 GBP Ordinary shares in the Company.
