Angle PLC21 March 2005 ANGLE Plc (ANGLE or the "Company") Employee Share Option Exercise - Issue of new shares ANGLE Plc (ANGLE or the "Company") announces that it has received a validlyexecuted notice of exercise of Approved Share Options over 10,000 ordinaryshares of 10p each. Share options were issued to employees pursuant to thearrangements set out in the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. These sharesrank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. Accordingly the Company has allotted 10,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each inthe capital of the Company. Application has been made for admission to AIM ofsuch new ordinary shares. Admission is expected to take place on 24 March 2005.
