Argentex Group PLC (AIM: AGFX), the global specialist in currency risk management and alternative banking announces that Nigel Railton, Non-Executive Chairman, on 9 April 2025 purchased 53,162 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 47 pence per Ordinary Share, and 53,826 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the Company at a price of 46.5 pence per Ordinary Share. On 11 April 2025 Nigel Railton also purchased 43,104 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the Company at a price of 46.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Elizabeth Railton, a person closely associated to Nigel Railton, on 9 April 2025 purchased 21,323 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company at a price of 46.879 pence per Ordinary Share and 31,574 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company at 47.49 pence per Ordinary Share. On 10 April 2025, Elizabeth Railton also purchased 53,191 Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company at a price of 47 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, The Chairman and his PCA's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,704,137 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
