ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT4th May 2006At the Annual General Meeting of Aga Foodservice Group plc today, the Chairman,Vic Cocker said:-"In 2005, we have delivered another strong set of results and made goodprogress towards our objective of making Aga Foodservice a market leader in thepremium consumer and commercial cooker and refrigeration markets. The organicrevenue and profit growth was driven by good performances by Aga, Rangemaster,Aga Bakery and Williams, our commercial refrigeration operation.Today I should like to reiterate the comments I made in the preliminary resultsannouncement in March. The start of 2006 has seen a continuation of theprogress well established in 2005. In Consumer, the strengths of our productoffering reduces our vulnerability to consumer market weaknesses. In the UK andinternationally, we expect to sustain topline momentum. Orders to date at Agaand Rangemaster suggest another sound trading performance.In Foodservice, Aga Bakery continues to gather force in traditional Europeanmarkets and our product range is now better known by the major supermarketgroups.
