Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has allotted 1,182 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 1,182 options by a non-PDMR employee under the Company's Employee 2012 Share Option Plan.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,182 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am BST on 11 June 2020. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 30,352,099 each with one vote. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. There are no shares held in treasury.
