Amiad Water Systems (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it received notification today that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, has on 25 October sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 305 pence per share and on 26 October sold 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 304 pence per share.
Following this sale, Simon Olswang has an interest in 19,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
