Amiad, a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that, owing to other commitments, Mr. Dan Falk has resigned from his position as a non-executive director of the Company effective 31 December 2013. Mr. Falk had served as a member of the Board of Directors since 12 November 2007.
