Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Aferian plc (LSE AIM: AFRN), the B2B video streaming solutions company, will report its results for the six months ended 31 May 2023 on Thursday, 31 August 2023.

The management team will host a live presentation relating to the results for the six months ended 31 May 2023 via the Investor Meet Company platform on Monday, 4 September 2023, at 1:00pm BST.

In terms of format for the Investor Presentation:

· The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

· Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

· Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all shareholders.
